TX CTO Clinic 2018

The purpose of this presentation is to emphasize the importance of Project Management to the district and to reinforce the fact that Project Management “is not just an IT (i.e. Information Technology) thing”. We will use the Project Management Institute’s “Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK)” as the foundation of the presentation and use real life educational experiences, anecdotes, and projects to supplement the discussion.
